1. After a missed/declined call the caller will get a message* on his phone.
2. By clicking on the link in the message, the caller will be redirected on the Sync.ai page and will be able to set the time for your call back. The caller side can also write a free text.

3. The missed call will be displayed in the “Call log” 
with an updated task in case of a scheduled call back from your caller.
4. The “Call back” task will also appear in the “Tasks” menu.
Note:
*The message will be sent in accordance with the tariff plan of your mobile operator.
*If there are no funds on the phone, the message will not be sent.
**In case of several calls from the same caller for 24 hours, the message will not be sent twice.
