You can create tasks, reminders, follow-ups, and notes directly from your phone calls in 2 ways:
- Immediately after the phone call
- From the Calls.AI main screen
- Immediately after the phone call
After the phone call, a popup window will give you an option to add a tag, a note, a reminder, and a task to the caller. Tap on the option you would like to use.
To use this feature follow the steps below:
- Go to the hamburger menu on the top left-hand side
. - Tap on “Settings”.
- Enable the following settings.
- From the Calls.AI main screen
To create a task from the app follow the steps below:
- Tap on the “Tasks” tab on the right-hand side of your home screen.
- Tap on the “+” sign on the bottom right-hand side of your “Tasks” screen.
- You can add a contact related to the task, a reminder, and a note.
- You can sort the tasks by date, importance, and completion status.
